Target has filed construction plans for a 149,006-square-foot store at the LC Promenade development near Big Bend Road and I-75 in Apollo Beach, while Swig is confirmed for The Yard at Waterset's Phase 2 and Publix has already opened at Wolf Creek Commons in Ruskin.
